Mandatory Skills

  • Expert in Microsoft Teams roll out to the organization
  • Expert in troubleshooting Microsoft Unified Communications Platform
  • SIP Development experience.
  • Implementation of core PBX/PSTN Technology and related VOIP networks.
  • Troubleshooting SBC, PBX, PSTN, IVR, HTTP & SIP Proxies
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 audio conferencing
  • Assigning numbers to users and creation of toll-free number.
  • Working experience in design and documentation of Enterprise Voice
  • Experience in Call forwarding, routing to hard phones from Microsoft Teams
  • Investigating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to VOIP-based issues
  • Migration from Skype for business server to Microsoft Teams is a benefit
  • Working knowledge on IP based phones
