Mandatory Skills
- Expert in Microsoft Teams roll out to the organization
- Expert in troubleshooting Microsoft Unified Communications Platform
- SIP Development experience.
- Implementation of core PBX/PSTN Technology and related VOIP networks.
- Troubleshooting SBC, PBX, PSTN, IVR, HTTP & SIP Proxies
- Experience with Microsoft 365 audio conferencing
- Assigning numbers to users and creation of toll-free number.
- Working experience in design and documentation of Enterprise Voice
- Experience in Call forwarding, routing to hard phones from Microsoft Teams
- Investigating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to VOIP-based issues
- Migration from Skype for business server to Microsoft Teams is a benefit
- Working knowledge on IP based phones
